The following arrangements have been put in place to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is working with partners to ensure that critical services and their patients can continue to access our premises where required. A lot of services have decided to offer support in a different way resulting in a reduction of face to face care taking place. As a result, this might mean:

  • The site you normally access has closed for the foreseeable future

  • The site you normally access will be opening for fewer hours/ days of the week

In most cases, if you are asked to attend one of our premises for an appointment you will be asked to confirm that you have no coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms and you will be given instructions if your normal site is no longer available, or if the access arrangements have changed. You will also be advised on the requirement for face coverings at each of our sites.

Thank you for your continued patience.

PPE Supply

LCH would like to sincerely thank everyone for their generous offers of support and help with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the recent months. We are pleased to say we are now again able to get these products via our normal NHS Supply Chain, therefore we won't be requiring anymore at this time. We are aware however of a number of local care homes who I'm sure will gladly make good use of them should you wish to contact them.

Many thanks again for your kind community spirited support during these challenging times.

Coronavirus Symptoms

You must not attend your appointment either at home or in a clinic if you have symptoms of Coronavirus – these are:

  • A new continuous cough
  • A high temperature
  • A loss of, or change, in your normal sense of taste and smell (anosmia)

If any member of your household or ‘bubble’ has any symptoms you must stay at home and follow the guidelines for self-isolating. Please visit the government website for further guidance.

Please ring the number on your appointment letter to arrange a new appointment time if you are showing any of these symptoms.
